If you used Radiant Photo 1, you may have used the My Smart Presets feature to customize the AI scenes. These settings can be moved to Radiant Photo 2 and converted into smarter Develop Settings.

In Radiant Photo 1

  1. Open the Radiant Photo 1 application.
  2. In the left panel, locate Smart Presets.
  3. Click the drop-down menu and choose My Smart Presets. These are the ones you customized.
  4. Click the More menu ( … ) next to the Smart Presets header and choose Export smart preset collection.
  5. Save the file in a location that’s easy to find.

Import into Radiant Photo 2

  1. Open the Radiant Photo 2 application.
  2. Make sure that Radiant Photo Core is loaded in the Workflow section.
  3. In the left panel, locate Develop Collections and click the More menu ( … ).
  4. Choose Import Develop collection/Setting and select the My Smart Presets.radiant file you created earlier.
  5. Locate the settings stored in the My Auto Radiant group.
  6. Drag the imported develop settings into the correct My Group (if visible).

Manually Saving to a My Group

If your Develop Collections don’t contain any custom settings you’ve saved, the My Group is hidden. It’s easy to save these manually.

  1. Open any image so that settings can be applied.
  2. Choose the first setting in the group that you want to save.
  3. Locate Develop Collections and click the More menu ( … )
  4. Choose Save develop settings.
  5. Choose a group that matches the preset name as the develop collection.
  6. Give the preset a descriptive name.

You can now find that the Smart Preset appears in the correct group and can be used as the Develop Settings for the selected scene.
